October 8^th, Halong Bay’s management board said the Newopenworld has given voting criteria to rank competitors for the new 7 natural wonders race for the third phase.

With the criteria, Halong Bay has now secured the third position among 28 final competitors in the new 7 natural wonders vote. Moreover, Vietnam’s famous landscape has been put on the list of 150 most beautiful hotspots in the world by France’s online magazine L'Internaute.

Halong Bay’s management board also reported that this good signal showed that Halong Bay is attracting attention of not only local tourists but also foreign friends. This is very significant for Halong Bay’s voting campaign during the third phase.
