Basically, Minister Hoang Tuan Anh agreed to allow Thanh Hoa to host the National Year of Tourism 2015.

Recently, in Thanh Hoa, Minister Hoang Tuan Anh has worked with the Secretary of Thanh Hoa’s Party Committee, Nguyen Van Loi, on the work of development, organization of activities on culture, family, sports and gymnastics, tourism in 2010 and the work of management and organization of the festival in 2010.

The Minister said that Thanh Hoa was a province with geography and many advantageous conditions for the development of socio-economics. In recent years, thanks to the efforts of the Party, Government and People of Thanh Hoa, its socio-economic fields have gained great flourishes. Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism acknowledged and highly appreciated the attention of the provincial leadership to the development of culture, family, sports, gymnastics and tourism.

In order to promote and make the activities of culture, sports and tourism become effective and be in-depth, and to get more investments for the industry of culture, sports and tourism,  at the meeting, Minister agreed to talk to the National Steering Committee of 1000 - year Thang Long- Hanoi on giving funds for  investment, recovery, maintenance, restoration of monuments and festivals: to recover the main temple of Lam Kinh; build the Monument of Ham Rong Victory; hold the 45 - year anniversary of Ham Rong victory; implement the project on Dong Co mountain and temple; Dao Cam Moc shrine; Le Phung Hieu shrine; Sung Nghiem Dien Khanh pagoda; Linh Xung pagoda and to give Thanh Hoa funds to hold activities welcoming the 1000 year anniversary of Thang Long - Hanoi.

Minister also agreed on the restoration of Muong Don festival in Thach Thanh district, and the festival of white buffalo sacrificing on the Pu Poen peak of Trinh Van Village , Thuong Xuan district: He recommended that the province should cooperate with the Institute of Culture and Art of Vietnam to implement that.

In addition, Minister also allowed Thanh Hoa province to host the National Year of Tourism 2015, recommending the Province to partner with the Administration of Tourism to build the organization Scheme.

About the construction of the Thanh Hoa sports complex: He recommended the Province make the plan, project; divide investment into phrases, report to the Ministry for review and give proposals to the Prime Minister for approval.

About the upgrading of Culture and Art College, Thanh Hoa Gymnastics and Sports College into a university: The Ministry agreed on this project of Thanh Hoa province and recommended the province to research and build the project, then report to the Ministry for review and give proposals to the Prime Minister for approval.
